How can people be so insensitive?
When you finally let people into your mind,
And they turn away from you.
How can people be so cruel?
When you say something that came from your heart,
And all they can do is make fun of you.
How can people be so heartless?
When you tell your deepest secret,
And they start spreading lies.
How can people be so unkind?
When they ask to hear your problems,
Then when you tell them,
They act as if they don’t care.
How could God have created a human race,
That can be so insensitive?
